First, we know that the Loki series will follow Tom Hiddleston’s character after he got hold of the Tesseract as the Avengers returned to 2012 during the events of ‘Avengers: Endgame’. After reuniting with the Tesseract, Loki somehow attracted the attention and was imprisoned by an organization known as the Time Variance Authority.
TVA is an organization tasked with protecting the timeline, and as the trailer shows, because it “messed up” the timeline, Loki will be responsible for restoring order. With Doctor Strange being the guardian of the Time Stone, and at the same time a timeline like what the Ancient One shared in ‘Endgame’, it looks like the two characters’ paths will soon collide.
All will probably clear up when the much-awaited ‘Loki’ series will premiere at Disney+ in early June.
