F9 will also mark director Justin Lin’s return to the series after a few years. The ninth installment in the main story and the 10th in general, gathers Dom’s gang for a whole new quest. This time, familiar characters confront Jakob – Dom and Mia’s estranged younger brother, seeking revenge on his brother. The Toretto brother is also aided by Cipher, the cyber-terrorist villain from the Fate of the Furious, making him even more dangerous. Another interesting storyline is the unexpected return of Han Lue, who is presumed dead after a car crash planned by Deckard Shaw in Tokyo.
