A&E® returns to the mean streets of Philadelphia – and for the first time ever, travels to car-obsessed Detroit – to watch agents ticket, tow and boot the cars of enraged citizens not afraid to express their outrage with every excuse, insult and plea in the book. Back on their beats are your favorite officers from the Philadelphia Parking Authority including Young Mike, who is hit with more insults than flirtations; the glamorous Marlene, now affectionately know as “hairspray” on the beat; and popular booting team Garfield and Sherry , back to face off with angry scofflaws – and each other.  Parking Wars then travels to the very different city of Detroit, where a special breed of officers takes on the vocal and often aggressive citizens. From “Ponytail” with his thick gold chains and distinctive hairstyle, to the young cocky Robert, to the sensitive and compassionate Sonja, this team of parking enforcement officers has the skills and attitude to get the job done.
