What the hell happened to episode 4?

personally, i find the show boring. but it's funny to watch how people who are clearly wrong, and clearly didn't fill their parking meter get so defensive. i couldn't be a parking meter attendant, because i'd start smashing people's windshield's the second they popped off at me with all that noise about how they shouldn't get a ticket. the law's the law, and that's one thing people seem to forget these days. it's one thing to have a broken meter, but it's another when you don't put enough money in the meter because you don't know how to manage your time wisely. if time runs out and you get a ticket, don't get all pissy like some 2 year old, acting like u don't deserve a ticket cause u were involved in something else more important. just man up, and accept the ticket like a professional

This show is awsome because people make up stupid excuses for a $26 fine when its there fault and it funny to watch. So if go to philidelfia you want to watch before you do or just watch.

I got my car towed for not having a particular parking sticker on it. I got it back with no problems. These PPA guys have a seriously thankless job in a very hostile environment. I don't see how they can take such verbal abuse and possible harm and "love" their job. I sure wouldn't want a job like this.

This show is great. Ya gotta love people saying and almost doing anything to get out of a ticket or getting towed. I can't understand why people will get mad at the people enforcing the law as oppose to the people who creates them.

this show is great.. what i dont understand is all of these tards that have left reviews hating the ppa. if you park legaly than you dont get a ticket if you get tickets and pay them you dont get the boot, sounds simple, parking enforcement is only hated by idiots that cant park right. so for all of you tards out there put money in the meter or park in a garage or here is a novel idea take the bus, or you are just going to deal with it. i laugh at all of those psycho's that have to pay a ton of money to get there junk cars out of the tow yard ha ha

No one likes to get a parking ticket, but most of the time it's because people are lazy and think it's okay to park where they want because 'they'll only be a minute...' -- also, just like any other service industry in this country, people think they'll get what they want by yelling and screaming at the service people -- finally, a show where the customer isn't always right and cannot bully the civil servants. A&E hit a home run with this show.

I live near Philly, and the things that the other reviewer's say ARE TRUE. Philly PA will ticket Police cars, the Mayor (believe it or not), squabble over minutes, and are totally irrational. They're petty officers that just look for a reason to ticket you. Hopefully Mayor Nutter (the new mayor of Philly) will fix things.

A&E should be ashamed. This show proves that anyone who works as a parking enforcement "officer" lacks a moral compass. I found myself agreeing with everything the poor citizens from Philadelphia were saying. The music and blind date style editing is patronizing and in poor taste. It is really sad that these city workers take so much pleasure in inflicting pain on others. This show pretends to be about people breaking little laws and paying fines but the truth is glaring - parking enforcement is only a money making scam. This show should spend more uncovering the truth behind the rampant $$$ gouging that is behind every city parking authority. Because of this show I will avoid A&E in the future.
