Tom Hiddleston’s days as the trickster god will continue after Avengers: Endgame establishes an alternate timeline and Loki at that point has escaped his fate. He captured the Tesseract to escape, and accidentally changed the timeline in the Marvel Cinematic Universe creating forks. As such, Loki will find himself held captive by the TVA Administration and will be responsible for helping fix the timeline that he “contributed” to disrupting.
During Marvel Studios’ beginnings of making shows for Disney+, both ‘WandaVision’ and ‘The Falcon and The Winter Soldier’ introduce familiar MCU characters, in addition to introducing new people to support these superheroes. With ‘Loki’, the show will introduce new characters Mobius M. Mobius and Ravonna Renslayer, both characters associated with TVA in the comics. However, with familiar characters, there is still not much information even though the film is only 1 week away from being released.
