Description

    Another BBC smash. I watched the first episode and had to purchase the season pass. Very similar to Tailor, Tinker, Soldier, Spy but with more of the espionage action throughout. Tom Hughes is excellent and of course Brian Cox does what he does so well. A superb cast, another hallmark of BBC productions make this extremely entertaining and wacthable.

    A retro spy pic with a touch of modern gore. The central character “Joe" is flanked by more transparent but entertaining and likable fellows. There’s an over reliance on flashbacks that covers the fact that Joe isn’t really well fleshed out yet. I will watch the next episode.
