I have watched the show a few times on Adult Swim, I have tried to get into it, but I can't. This is likely the dumbest thing ever put on television.

So, I wake up in the dead of night. I turn my groggy, sleep-filled eyes to the boob tube, expecting to witness the comforting antics of Tim and Eric, or the quirky adventures of the Home Movies crew. Rather, I find myself staring into the beak(?) of one of the most creepy, alarmingly outlandish....things I've ever seen. The choppy animation, lifeless expressions, not to mention the hallucinant imaging and voiceovers, really squicked me. Being the wuss I am, it was enough to make me change the channel. However, later on, along with the feeling of mind-rape that Xavier and co. gave me, I also experienced a bizarre interest, kind of like one of those horrific accidents you can't take your eyes off of. Gradually, Xavier and his charmingly unsettling naivete won me over. Although, the absurd, disturbing, YTP-like humor is definitely an acquired taste, those willing to give a new style of comedy a try may get more than they bargained for. Renegade Angel may not give quite the amount of belly laughs found on other AS shows, but will definitely provide disconcerting, squeamish entertainment.

"Brain-raping" is the best description ever. I always thought this show was stupid, until I actually watched it. It felt like someone Listerined my brain. Now I go through terrible withdrawals if I don't watch. Save yourself! Download as many episodes as you can and delete them, so we can spare the rest of the world from our agony!

If you don't get this show or think it's "too much", the show has served its purpose. If you are upset enough to gripe about it, then do us all a favor and leave it be. Xavier is infinitely better than any lame Robot Chicken or Family Guy Star Wars remake. P.S. Season one is great, but season two ups the ante considerably.

This show may seem sketchy at firsrt and i saw the first 2 episodes free from google vid so i bought the rest of season 1 and the season pass for easeon 2 and love this show, Dont judge it by its first like 3 epiosdes there good but it gets WAYY better
