I loved this show! He ate things such as a monitor lizard, fishes eyeballs, yaks, and other crazy stuff. After watching 7 of them, the TV told me he had a crew. The crew helped him like crazy. There is five crewmembers. What makes it lame is his crew and his tools. He kills animal with knifes. I mean we would probably have are bare hands. Like when he wrestled a croc, he used a knife. I say he is better than Les, but barley better

I've been an avid Man V Wild viewer for months now and have learned so much about the outdoors, regardless of whether or not this stunts are real, his camera man helps him or others help him through his journeys, the educational purpose of this show is shown with all of the challenges he encounters. Its not like he goes forth finding a raft that was miraculacely found, he shows you how to put it together, same with his shelters and that is what is important. He has taken the time to learn what he is teaching, that is why he is such a great leader and educator. BEAR IS THE MAN. secondly he shows the challenges that one may encounter while traveling across different terrains and shows how to realistically commit yourself to surviving with the supplies you may have without any technology. This show gets a 10 regardless of who helps and what happens, how else would he be a BC scout leader at throughout all of europe. No argument, will watch this show til it ends.

The best ever. You guys giving bad reviews are all morons. Mr. "Experienced Outdoorsman", do you really think that he would only last 3 days? He's been in the British Special Forces, and he's obviously done things you could only wish you could do while you put your lazy butt on the couch to watch and criticize someone much more "experienced" than you. Those who support "Survivorman": does he really have the guts to go out with only the clothes on his back, some water, a knife, and some flint? No! He goes out bringing a ton of supplies: shelter, lots of food, and pretty much any average camper would have. And all you out there calling fake: if you are going to call fake, give some evidence. Those warnings at the beginnings of the shows are so that you know that they won't let him die. It's only in the most of extreme situations.
