The Good Fight, Season 1

If you have a brain and wanna use it watching a very goooood tv s...., you will be happy with this one. This is probably one of the best I’ve ever seen. There is some action, character who seem just real, with doubts and worries. Imagine you take Suits and make it an adult version, you are almost there. Add a casting that makes you cry « I love these real people ». Add some more and here you are. And, actually, this sequel is better than The Good Wife. Shake (your brain) and watch. The only bad thing is, I agree with some other comments, the anti-Trump whining is soooo excessive. I don’t like Trump but, as we say in our democracies, we get what we deserve and we can vote against next time...

There's no denying this show is well done: it has excellent writing, great acting, good music, and it's smart. However--and I never thought I'd say this--the constant Trump references and scenarios are just too much. To be clear, I quite agree with much of the show's political bent, and as far as I can tell, they haven't said anything about the Trump administration that's untrue. However, that's also not the point. While I fully support the art of protest, and appreciate that art has served as a vehicle for protest since the dawn of time, I also want to be entertained when I watch a primetime show, and this was more exhausting than entertaining. I already have a newsfeed full of unremitting, horrifying news coming out of the White House every day, so forgive me if that's not what I want to focus on in my very limited down time.

I get it. Hollywood hates Trump. They are virtue signaling sanctimonious social justice warriors who hate America. If you want to watch an entire season of nonstop, biased, bitter Trump derangement syndrome you will love this show. The liberal progressive writers took every chance they could to make every episode an attack on Trump and his policies. It’s too bad because it’s a great cast. They had one token Trump supporter lawyer out of dozens. They portrayed ICE as terrorists. I could go on and on. So I guess if your heart is filled with irrational hatred of the President you’ll love it.

Absolutely one of the best series ever, can’t wait till next season...

even though some episodes run parallel to episodes in the original show, this one is great on its own. watching characters there here again, in a different setting, brilliant. a powerful african- american law firm, a respite in the america we are living today. i strongly recommend this show.

Watched it all in one day. As to the remarks about it being anti-trump, it’s a black law firm and the Diane Lockhart character has always been liberal. What do you expect? So stop with the whining already.

I greatly appreciate the common sense and heart in this show. It gives hope that one day we may see more decent people in positions of leadership in real life.... As of June 2018, viewers in Canada can already buy the Second Season of The Good Fight on iTunes - but U.S.icans cannot. WHEN will it be available???

Was surprised how good this carry-over series is. They have many of the best characters, fresh stories, very trendy with current events. Highly recommend, 5-stars!
