    Thanks to the iTunes quick response in the missing episode. I love the show and was disappointed when an episode was missing but with one quick phone call to iTunes to let them know E! hadn't sent them the episode they had it taken care of and I had my episode waiting for me. Thanks again for the quick response iTunes.

    Episode 4 is still missing, episode 5 has been released. iTunes won't refund my season pass. Episode 4 has been on amazon since the day after or aired. Anyone at Apple listening?
