Amazing with so much 80s cheese but as a kid growing up in the 80s this movie had everything a young boy could ask for. Truly a fun campy 80s action movie with everything I loved as a boy. I'm not a child anymore but this movie never seems to grow old.

Plan 9 from Outer Space... Birdemic... The Super Mario Brothers Movie... Foodfight... Like the aforementioned features, Gymkata resides confidently in the pantheon of legendarily bad movies, movies that transcend conventional notions of rotteness to become something different altogether, something timeless and awe-inspiring. With its ridiculous story, cringe-worthy writing, and hammy performances, Gymkata shoots for the Moon, misses spectacularly, and comes to rest among the stars. Excellent to watch with a couple of friends and a six-pack of beer, Gymkata will create memories that will last a lifetime, and for that, is truly a priceless piece of art.

What can be more bad a.. than to mix Karate with Gymnastics...and Kurt Thomas, I still don't know why he was not the most successful actor of a generation! Seriously though, it is pretty funny looking back on this movie...it just needs the Mystery Science Theater guys in the foreground!
