Gold Rush, Season 5

It really is a darn shame that each episode cant be purchased individually. I wanted to watch the last dirt and as a money plot they try to make you purchase the season pass. That is beyond stupid and you arent getting 20 dollars from me to watch that one episode. What a hoax! My parents have cable and I have watched all the episodes up to that point and just missed the dirt. You guys who are doing this are crooks!

It's been almost a week since the finale has aired and yet no episode. Apple really needs to pull their heads from their bums. I wish I could give negative stars.

At the beginning of the season I purchased the Seasons Pass, which should buy me the whole season! Apparently it only buys part of the season. If you are advertising the season for one price you should be sticking to your advertisement! In most cases, this is called "false advertising"!

This is in response to one of your reviews. I hope Todd doesn't see it. First of all Todd is a stud. Day in & day out he's working the claim in hopes to make it. Todd has an ability to gather the right people for the job. Prime example is his partner who is also a stud. These two have a dream & who are you to tell anyone to pull the plug. I signed up as did you no doubt to see this dream come to fruition so let it be. So go back to your grandmas basement where you stuff your self watching these TV stars actually do something with their lives. You rock Todd! Millions are pulling for you!

My family and I enjoy the show and look foreword to watching it every Saturday. What's up with the delayed release?

Where is the new episode ??

This is exactly why I dont purchase many shows.. I understand not realeasing shows until they air even though in my opinion PAYING customers should get first crack at them. But making paying customers wait until at best the next day sometimes making them wait days to get episodes they have pre paid for is absurd. I can often find episodes free on bootleg websites before I can get the ones I have paid for. This is exactly why there is such a problem with bootleg movies and shows.. price things reasonably and realease them in a timely mannor and you WILL see overall revinues increas.

How much longer do we have to put up w/the hoffmans? This last season seemed really scripted. I dont think this show is a documentary anymore. The hoffman crew is a joke. It doesnt matter that they hit there goal+. The cost of the equipment & claim owners royalties eat up more than half of what they earned. Factor in daily running cost & crew cost as well. Seems like regardless that they hit there goal, they still failed at gold mining. Discovery, the hoffmans are a lame horse in pain, put them out of there misery already.

Episodes aren't there the night of, the dirt episodes are all 30 seconds long and not the actual episode. It's complete crap. Discovery channel is terrible, would rather watch Yukon gold on history channel. I WANT MY MONEY BACK DAMMIT!!!!!!!
