Marvel's Cloak & Dagger, Season 1

I’m trying really hard to like this show, but the obvious liberal agenda keeps getting in the way. It shows hate towards religion, whites, men, corporations,family, etc. it just gets overbearing at some points. Like so many other shows made today, it is filmed for a small audience instead of the masses. Most shows don’t get crazy high ratings like they used to. They are filmed for a niche audience.

Terrific show. Well-written with a great cast. Does a great job getting the essence of the characters and stories from the comics, and that includes the focus on issues like race, income inequality and the environment some of the jerks on this page are complaining about.

Easily the best non Netflix marvel show.

You know...you watch one episode and it’s just not very good, but maybe the next one will be better. But it just never got better. Slow very slow and just not a script Marvel should have put out there. Poor acting, directing and the story was weak. My advice would be to not purchase this season one of cloak and dagger.

I’m a hardcore comics fan and was very excited to see this comic was comic to the big screen. Cloak & Dagger to me are very intriguing heros from their story to their new found abilities. This show has a good story, good acting, and great effects. Would love a season 2!!!

Highly Reccomend an all timer for the MCU-can't wait for season 2!

You will here the 'divine pairing' more times than you can count...the storylines initial feel like they are going places, but it just sits for awhile.... Having forced my way through the series because I'm on that 'watch everything MCU related' kick....such a bad choice. Inhumans sucked but I didn't hate the characters quite as much I did here. The finale ends with some hopes of next season being better, but you are better off just waiting until after season 2 comes out and is reviewed. If it does turn out to be good, then watch a recap of season 1 on youtube, so you can save yourself from the 'nails against chalkboard' noise that this show is.

Another win for Marvel. Fantastic, unique show that inverts steryotypes and challenges our perceptions of one another. Oh, and cool powers. And conspiracy. And science. And soul mates. JUST WATCH IT.

First off it is NOTHING like the original, witch BTW would have been extremely relevant, considering the amount of drug problems we have in the country. But I continued past EP 1. Which for a completely different story-line was ok.. ::Spoiler:: EP 4 and Cloak talks about how "This whole country is trying to kill me" seriously? About walked away right there, but thought I would give it one more try since I paid for it. So by EP9 I have decided, don’t like the direction they went, the agenda, the characters, or the cast.
