From producer Joe Swanberg, Monkey's Magic Merry Go Round is a psychological horror set within a colorful children’s television show. A warm and engaging host performs playful songs and teaches lessons to the kids at home alongside his puppet co-stars. However, not long into his soothing routine, he realizes one flaw: he has no memory of who he was before the show began. The cheerful world gives way to disturbing visions, as his puppet pals and cheerful set take a darker turn. With his sense of reality beginning to blur, he is forced to question the nature of the world around him and his place within it. The deeper he looks, the more unstable everything becomes, drawing him into a confrontation with the repressed memories that threaten to consume him.
