Inspired by a true story, “Tow” follows Amanda (Rose Byrne), an unhoused woman in Seattle living out of her car as she struggles to find work and stability. When her vehicle is stolen and impounded with fees she cannot afford, she refuses to surrender. Taking on a broken system, she begins a year-long legal fight to reclaim her car, her dignity, and a chance to rebuild her life.
